The Store Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members, managing scheduling, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction through excellent service, resolving guest issues, and upholding brand standards. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, controls costs, and implements retail loss prevention practices to support profitability. The position also involves training and coaching team members, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create positive guest experiences.Store Management experience with knowledge of day-to-day restaurant or retail operations and basic business acumen.Effective Communication skills for leading teams, providing feedback, and interacting with guests and partners.Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help minimize shrinkage and maintain operational integrity.Previous supervisory or leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments preferred.Ability to work on-site in Logan, UT, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Proficiency in basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) systems, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
