The Store Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising team members, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining food quality and safety, and driving store performance in areas such as sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. The Store Manager monitors inventory, controls costs, supports loss prevention efforts, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Day-to-day tasks also include coaching and developing team members, resolving customer concerns, and partnering with leadership to implement company initiatives and achieve business goals.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering positive guest experiences.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.Store Management experience in a restaurant or retail environment, including overseeing operations, staffing, and performance metrics.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to monitor cash handling, inventory, and compliance to minimize shrink and risk.Proven leadership abilities, including team coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store operations.
