We are looking for a Supervisor to join Furn Al Dayaa and support daily branch operations lead the team achieve sales targets and ensure an excellent customer experienceResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the team during the shiftPrepare staff schedules and organize working hours and trainingMonitor branch equipment facilities and overall readiness on a daily basisConduct daily team briefings and communicate targets and responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with food safety quality and personal hygiene standardsMonitor customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfactionFollow up on sales performance and work toward achieving branch targetsMonitor inventory conduct stock counts and follow up on variancesEnsure FIFO procedures and product expiry standards are followedMonitor receiving procedures and ensure the quality of delivered productsEnsure availability of preparation packaging and operational suppliesSupervise cash handling and cashier proceduresEvaluate train motivate and support employees to improve performanceReport maintenance issues and equipment requirementsSupport team during busy periods while maintaining service speed and product qualityQualificationsMinimum two years of experience in restaurants or the food and beverage industryStrong leadership and team management skillsGood communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with customers and employeesAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environmentGood knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsStrong problem solving and decision making skillsGood command of EnglishExperience with POS systems and inventory management is an advantage⁩
