The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the store team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain product quality, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, and works to reduce loss and waste. The position also involves reporting on store results, supporting staff development, and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.Effective Communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and management.Proven Store Management capabilities, including workforce planning and operational oversight.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.Experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.Basic proficiency in POS systems and store reporting tools; numeracy skills for cash and inventory management.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or business is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
