This role oversees daily activities including sales floor management, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and implementation of company policies and procedures. The Store Manager coaches and develops team members, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and fostering an inclusive, customer-focused culture. They ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, drive store performance through sales and service initiatives, and maintain standards for loss prevention, safety, and compliance. The role also involves analyzing store metrics, planning local initiatives to maximize results, and collaborating with leadership to support brand goals.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create an engaging and welcoming store experience.Store Management experience, including leadership of retail teams, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day operational oversight.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations, provide coaching, and collaborate with team members and leadership.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring compliance, minimizing shrink, and promoting a culture of safety and integrity.Proven ability to meet sales goals, interpret performance metrics, and implement action plans to improve results.Experience in fashion or specialty retail is preferred, with a strong sense of style and understanding of current trends.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
