The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. This role leads and coaches the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager monitors retail loss prevention practices, manages cash handling, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, performance feedback, basic reporting, and collaborating with district leadership to execute promotional and operational initiatives.Qualifications Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive, memorable in-store experiences.Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional interpersonal skills.Experience in store management, retail operations, or supervisory roles, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and basic understanding of shrink management and compliance.Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving team performance in a retail or customer-facing environment.Ability to work on-site full time in the New York City Metropolitan Area, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications; willingness to learn company-specific tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; prior jewelry or luxury retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
