We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can lead a team, deliver consistent guest service, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This position requires working across our Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami locations.What you’ll doLead, schedule, train, and coach team members.Keep food, drinks, presentation, cleanliness, and service consistent with company standards.Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, labor, and sales.Resolve guest concerns and support the team during busy shifts.Follow food safety procedures and report store results to leadership.Balance a budget and be responsible for COGS.What we’re looking forRestaurant or café management experience.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfort working alongside the team during service.Availability for weekends and evenings as business needs require.A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
