Job Title: Store Manager – Glencoe LocationAbout Frankie’s On The Park: Frankie’s On The Park is a multi-location fashion and lifestyle boutique for girls, tweens, teens and women, carrying a curated mix of the best brands alongside our own exclusive collections.

With stores in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and now Glencoe, our teams work closely across markets on customer experience, merchandising, inventory, e-commerce, events and marketing. Our Glencoe team will be an important part of the broader Frankie’s network while building a strong local presence and community on the North Shore.Overall Job Function: Lead the day-to-day operations, sales performance and team of Frankie’s On The Park’s Glencoe. The Store Manager will be responsible for creating a best-in-class boutique shopping experience, building strong relationships with local customers and families, and driving store sales through client development, outreach and community partnerships. This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role for someone who is energetic, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. The Store Manager will collaborate closely with Frankie’s local and national teams on inventory, merchandising, e-commerce fulfillment, events, marketing and customer outreach. This is a new location so Manager will be integral in building new client relationships and local partnerships from the ground up. This is a full-time position, including weekday and weekend hours, and will work closely with Frankie’s leadership and store teams across markets to share best practices, coordinate inventory and support company-wide initiatives.Key Roles & Responsibilities:· Manage day-to-day Glencoe store operations and staff, including scheduling, client development, merchandise management, POS operations, e-commerce fulfillment and general store organization.· Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a warm, personalized shopping experience for girls, tweens, teens, women and their families.· Stay focused on meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly store sales goals and actively coach the team toward those goals.· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through thoughtful follow-up, outreach and personalized recommendations.· Provide regular input to the buying team on Glencoe customer preferences, product performance and local inventory needs.· Maintain a highly organized, visually compelling and shoppable store, including regular floor-set changes, outfit vignettes, mannequin styling and replenishment.· Oversee receiving and movement of merchandise in partnership with the inventory team, ensuring new product reaches the sales floor quickly and accurately.· Support daily e-commerce operations, including online order fulfillment as needed.· Brainstorm and execute partnerships and outreach with local schools, organizations, businesses and community groups to grow Frankie’s North Shore clientele.· Help plan and execute in-store events, trunk shows and other local activations.· Partner with the marketing team on localized social content and customer-facing initiatives.· Train, motivate and develop store associates while maintaining clear expectations and a positive, team-oriented culture.Qualifications / Experience:· Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; you have to be a people person for this role!· Prior fashion retail and/or boutique management experience strongly preferred.· Proven ability to drive sales and develop lasting customer relationships.· Comfortable working with girls, tweens, teens and moms, who are a core part of our customer base.· Trustworthy, dependable and proactive, with a can-do attitude.· Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.· Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced retail environment.· Visual merchandising experience is a plus.· Experience with Shopify is a plus.· Knowledge of the girls/tween/teen fashion market and relevant brands is a plus.· Existing relationships within the North Shore community are a plus.· Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends and select events, is required.
