- Work Environment- Work is performed in a retail store environment with moderate to high customer interaction. The setting may involve fluctuating noise levels, extended hours of operation, and exposure to busy sales floors, stockrooms, and seasonal merchandising changes. Employees may work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands- The role requires frequent standing and walking throughout scheduled shifts. Physical activities may include bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and repetitive movements. Employees may be required to lift and carry merchandise or supplies, generally up to 25–40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Additional Considerations- The ability to engage positively with customers and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods is essential to the role. Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum Experience – 6+ years of retail, customer service, or equivalent professional experience, preferably within a premium, high-volume, or fashion-forward environment
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct responsibility for developing leaders, driving store performance, and owning business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience leading a full store operation, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational execution
- Business Acumen – Proven ability to drive store performance through KPIs, financial insight, and operational strategy. Ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and implement actions that improve sales, productivity, and profitability
- Leadership – Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop leaders, provide structured coaching, and build high-performing teams. Ability to influence, align, and hold leaders accountable while fostering a collaborative, team-first culture
- Decision Making & Agility – Ability to make confident, high-impact decisions in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to lead others through change while protecting service, standards, and results
- Operational Ownership – Experience managing store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance, while ensuring leaders execute consistently to brand standards
- 18 years old
