Requirements

Proven experience in a Managerial or Supervisory role within retail, F&B, or hospitality.Strong interest in specialty coffee, extraction standards, and café culture.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
