We are seeking an experienced Store Manager/General Manager to own store performance, build a high-performing team, lay the foundation for future growth, and bring our vision to life: Brewing Success. Building Community.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to lead the launch of a flagship location, build a high-performing team, and establish the operational standards and culture that will define the guest experience. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong business acumen with a people-first leadership philosophy—someone who owns results, develops talent, and understands that operational excellence and meaningful community connections go hand in hand.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 10–14 baristas and shift leaders.Oversee daily operations, staffing, labor management, inventory controls, and store-level financial performance.Maintain beverage quality, service standards, operational efficiency, and brand compliance.Drive sales performance while maintaining appropriate cost controls and loss prevention practices.Establish a positive, accountable team culture focused on development, retention, and exceptional hospitality.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $50,000–$55,000 annuallyPerformance incentives: Quarterly bonuses, with total annual earning potential of $58,000+Health benefits: Health insurance stipend and employer-provided 24/7 Teladoc virtual carePaid time off: Two weeks of paid vacation and paid holidaysCareer development: Paid corporate leadership training and opportunities for advancement into multi-unit Area ManagementQualifications2+ years of management or assistant general management experience in quick-service restaurants, fast-casual, drive-thru, or specialty coffee.Demonstrated experience managing labor costs, leading teams, and delivering strong operational results.Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.Availability to support early-morning operations, weekends, and holidays as needed.About Harvest Venture GroupThe Harvest Venture Group, Inc. is a Jacksonville-based franchise development and retail management company focused on building and operating high-performing businesses across Northeast Florida.
