Store Manager - Facade

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our warehouse and store for façade, glass, and aluminium materials. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material receiving and issuing, stock reconciliation, proper storage, and coordination with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store and warehouse operations for glass, aluminium profiles, accessories, hardware, sealants, and other façade materialsReceive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notesMaintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the ERP system or ExcelIssue materials to production and site teams based on approved material requisitionsMonitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishmentConduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepanciesEnsure proper storage, identification, handling, and preservation of glass panels, aluminium profiles, and accessoriesMaintain minimum and maximum stock levels and identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete materialsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reportsEnsure proper documentation of GRNs, material issue notes, delivery notes, and stock transfer recordsCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, production teams, procurement, and suppliersMaintain housekeeping, safety standards, and organized storage areasSupervise storekeepers and helpers and ensure compliance with company proceduresPreferred SkillsKnowledge of material codes, specifications, and project-wise inventory trackingExperience handling high-value and fragile materials, particularly glassAbility to coordinate material dispatches and deliveries to project sitesRequirementsDiploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred10 - 12+ years of experience in stores or warehouse management, preferably in the façade, glass, aluminium, or construction industryGood knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass materials, façade accessories, hardware, and sealantsExperience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and material documentationProficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systemsStrong organizational, coordination, and team-management skillsAbility to manage multiple material requests and meet project deadlinesGood communication skills in EnglishBenefitsWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
