Store Manager | Contemporary Fashion Brand | East LondonWe’re looking for a Store Manager to lead an East London store for a contemporary fashion brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building a strong team, creating a memorable customer experience and taking ownership of commercial results.You’ll set the pace on the shop floor, coach your team and use sales and customer insights to spot opportunities. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day running of the store, from stock and visual standards to scheduling and operations.What you’ll bringExperience managing a store, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or premium retail, with clear ownership of sales, KPIs, operations and team development.The ability to analyse performance, act on what the figures tell you and coach a team to deliver excellent service.A confident, engaging leadership style.
