Store Manager - Fine Jewelry

Our client, a boutique fine jewelry brand, is seeking a General Manager to join their Boston team and lead their Newbury Street location!

Responsibilities

Drive overall store sales and performance while maintaining a strong client experience.Lead by example on the sales floor and support the team in achieving store goals.Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development of the team.Maintain a positive, client-focused store environment and build strong customer relationships.Support local outreach and initiatives to increase store awareness and traffic.Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and general store standards.Monitor sales and team performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications
