Store Manager / Gaming Center Supervisor – Dragon Master (Abu Dhabi)

Dragon Master for Electronics has been part of Abu Dhabi's gaming scene since 2013. We build custom gaming PCs, sell PC components and gaming gear, and run gaming lounges and esports programming at Al Seef Village Mall and Deerfields Mall.We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who can run the floor with discipline, grow our esports community, and bring in new business. This is not a desk job. You'll be where the gamers are.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT YOU'LL DO━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━1) Store & Gaming Center Operations

• Supervise daily operations of the gaming lounge and retail counter, making sure every shift follows our processes and SOPs
• Lead, schedule, and coach the store team, with extra focus on peak evening and weekend hours
• Own opening/closing procedures, cash handling, daily cash reconciliation, and loss prevention
• Keep gaming stations, peripherals, network, and the café area clean, updated, and fully working, and escalate technical issues fast
• Manage sessions, memberships, and offers on our gaming center platform
• Manage snacks and drinks stock, displays, and upselling to grow F&B sales
• Track daily KPIs (sessions, utilization, sales, F&B, returns) and report weekly to management
• Handle customer complaints and make sure every visitor leaves wanting to come back2) Esports Events & Tournaments
• Plan and run in-house tournaments and leagues across multiple titles (e.g., Valorant, EA FC, Fortnite, Counter-Strike 2, Rocket League, Tekken)
• Organize and represent Dragon Master in external tournaments, community events, school/university activities, and partner venues
• Handle the full event cycle: format, rules, brackets (e.g., Challengermode or similar), registration, prizes, staffing, streaming/content, and post-event reporting
• Build a recurring events calendar that drives traffic on slow days3) Dragon Master Esports Community
• Grow and moderate our community across WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok
• Turn walk-in players into regulars through leagues, loyalty rewards, and member-only events
• Scout and support local talent, and help build Dragon Master teams and ambassadors
• Work with our marketing side on event content, highlights, and announcements4) PC Hardware & Retail Sales
• Understand PC components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, PSU, cooling, cases) and how they fit together
• Advise customers on custom PC builds and upgrades based on the games they play, target resolution/FPS, and budget
• Qualify leads properly before quoting, and follow up on inquiries coming through WhatsApp and Instagram
• Support stock checks, inventory accuracy, and flag fast-moving items and stock gaps
• Coordinate with the technical team on builds, repairs, cleaning/check-up services, and after-sales support5) Business Development
• Bring in corporate bookings, birthday parties, school and university groups, and private events
• Secure sponsors and brand partners for tournaments (hardware brands, energy drinks, telecom, gaming bodies)
• Build partnerships with community centers, and government/semi-government entities active in gaming and youth
• Suggest new packages, memberships, and promotions based on sales data and customer feedback━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Must have
• 5+ years in retail, gaming center, or hospitality operations, with at least 1 year supervising a team
• Real passion for gaming and esports, with solid knowledge of popular competitive titles
• Good working knowledge of PC hardware and gaming peripherals
• Experience organizing events or tournaments (in-house or external)
• Strong communication in English; Arabic is a strong plus
• Comfortable with POS systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Able to work evening and weekend shifts
• Based in the UAE, ideally Abu Dhabi
