Store Manager-Hypermarket

Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across Grocery, Fresh Food, Non-Food, Bakery, Butchery & Deli, Electronics, and Front End.Drive sales, margins, footfall, and store profitability.Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and wastage.Lead department supervisors and manage staff rosters/performance.Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.Oversee loss prevention, security, cash management, and store standards.Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.Requirements:2-4 years of experience as a Store Manager in Hypermarket / SupermarketMalayalam Speakers preferred.Strong knowledge of hypermarket operations, sales, inventory, and team management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
