What makes us special is our people, the connections we create, and the experiences we deliver to our customers every day.We are looking for a Store Manager who will lead and inspire their team, drive store performance and ensure operational excellence, while creating an environment where people can grow, develop and succeed together.☕ Your roleAs a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the store, combining effective business management with team development and the delivery of the unique Starbucks Experience. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead store operations: Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the store in line with Starbucks standards, policies, procedures, and values.Drive business results: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, set priorities, and implement action plans to achieve business, financial, and commercial targets.Manage resources effectively: Organise and manage the store’s people and other resources, including staffing, work scheduling, and the effective allocation of responsibilities to meet operational needs.Develop your team: Lead, coach, and train your team, monitor performance, provide meaningful feedback, and foster teamwork and collaboration.Create exceptional customer experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and use customer feedback and local market insights to continuously improve the customer experience and store performance.Ensure operational excellence: Oversee operational procedures, cash management, inventory, and equipment, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the protection of company assets.Maintain compliance and safety: Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, company policies and procedures, and all health and safety requirements.Collaborate and communicate: Effectively communicate and implement company programmes and initiatives, collaborate with support functions, and manage unexpected or challenging situations effectively.🌟 What you bringAt least 4 years of experience in a management role, with responsibility for leading a store and a team.A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of food and beverage store operations.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on coaching and developing people.Analytical thinking and the ability to use business and financial data to support decision-making.Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A results-driven mindset and experience in achieving commercial targets.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.Fluency in English.💚 What we offerA competitive remuneration package.13th salary.Monthly performance-based bonus.Paid annual leave.Provident Fund participation after completing one year of service.Free beverages during your shift.Discounts on Starbucks products.Ongoing training and opportunities for career development.Here, you belong. 💚At Starbucks, we believe that success starts with our people.
