Reporting to the Head of Retail and Clienteling, you will support the development and day-to-day management of the store. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing the point of sale and leading the team.The missionCreate a world-class retail experience for new and existing customers in our second largest marketBe the primary driver of brand discovery and customer acquisition in the UK, making the store the front door to CDLP for a new audienceSet the standard for our customer experience globally, building the playbook that future stores will followUphold the brand image and act as a role model in customer service, client experience, visual merchandising, and client loyaltyDriving commercial performanceDevelop sales revenue through various business levers (performance analysis) and implement action plansPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for managementEnsure proper maintenance of the client database and propose loyalty initiatives using our CRM toolsAct as a relay of information between management and headquartersCoordinate marketing actions at the store with headquarters and seize opportunities according to the local calendar and communityStore management and brand representationEnsure the store is well maintained and that merchandising is aligned with brand standards and in-store activitiesOversee stock management and inventory processesHandle daily administrative management, including tracking orders, deliveries, and suppliesManage in-store events according to the marketing calendarTeam managementSupport the definition of team roles and required profilesLead and unite this new team to foster collaboration and enthusiasm: prepare and organize daily team briefings, define motivating individual action plans to support skill developmentManage scheduling and optimize staffing according to business cyclesPromote exemplary behaviour and ensure adherence to brand image standardsExperienceProven experience managing a store within the premium or luxury segmentPrevious experience managing or supporting a team, with a genuine interest in sharing expertise and contributing to team developmentSkillsStrong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to contribute to reporting and commercial initiativesProactive in organizing local events, creating partnerships, and connecting with the local communityExcellent organizational and adaptability skills, enabling you to thrive in a fast-moving environment and report results to headquartersCurious and culturally aware, with an appreciation for design and brand storytellingInterpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, your team, and headquartersStrong empathy and active listening, ensuring outstanding customer serviceExcellent presentation and verbal communicationFluent in English, comfortable with an international clienteleProficient with digital tools and comfortable using CRM and reporting systems in-storePermanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
