Hiring in Dubai with a Luxury Retail for Store Planning & Maintenance Coordinator / Retail Project coordinator with Architecture background. 12 months contract (Extendable) Position OverviewThis position requires a highly experienced, independent professional who can manage small projects and maintenance activities autonomously, from initial assessment through execution and completion, while ensuring all work meets required quality, design, and operational standards.The role will focus on maintaining and continuously improving the boutique network across the GCC, while supporting the Store Planning Manager on new projects, renovations, and post-opening implementations.Profile & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture is mandatory.Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience within retail or luxury environments, ideally as a Consultant, Project Manager, Store Planning professional or Maintenance Coordinator.Previous experience managing retail projects and/or boutique maintenance independently is essential.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Adobe package and SketchUp is considered an advantage.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction, fit-out, materials, furniture production and basic technical trades, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.Strong project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple boutiques, projects and priorities simultaneously.High level of autonomy and accountability, with the ability to manage assigned projects and responsibilities from A to Z with limited supervision.Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure that actions are effectively closed within agreed timelines.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with boutique teams, contractors, malls, consultants, suppliers and internal departments.Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to quality, finishes and luxury retail standards.Team-oriented mindset while remaining fully independent in the management of assigned responsibilities.Flexible and adaptable approach to work, including availability for occasional night shifts when required by boutique operations.Availability to travel regularly across the GCC region to supervise boutiques, projects and maintenance activities.Ability to react quickly to urgent situations and provide practical, effective and timely solutions.
