Aliée Istanbul is a unique luxury lifestyle destination, bringing together refined hospitality, gastronomy, culture, retail, and exceptional experiences in one inspiring setting.We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly motivated "Store Supervisor" to join our team and support the daily operations of our store at Aliée Istanbul.Job DescriptionManage the daily opening and closing of the store.Welcome and assist guests, providing a personalized and high-quality shopping experience.Handle sales transactions, payments, and daily cash procedures accurately.Monitor stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.Monitor inventory movements and support regular stock counts.Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required.Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.Coordinate with the relevant hotel departments when necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.Take full ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently high standard of service.QualificationsPrevious experience in retail, luxury hospitality, boutique, or a similar customer-facing role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and sales skills.Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Professional appearance and a genuine passion for luxury service.
