Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the store team on a daily basis.
- Drive sales and improve overall store performance.
- Take ownership of store KPIs, including sales, conversion, ATV, and overall performance.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Be actively present on the shop floor and lead by example.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage stock, daily operations, and store standards.
- Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset.
- Responsible, proactive, and hands-on personality.
- Passion for fitness, sports, or an active lifestyle.
