The Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Store Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand vision to life in our new Triangla Retail Park store. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing store displays that enhance the shopping experience, highlight key products, and drive sales. You will translate our corporate visual guidelines into inspiring in-store presentations, ensuring that every display reflects the LC Waikiki style and standards. This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with the store team and our Head Office Visual Merchandising team to keep the store looking fresh, relevant, and on-brand throughout all seasons and campaigns.

Job Description

In-charge of visual merchandising of the store in accordance with the guidelines and promote new lines effectivelyImplementing the visual activities of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal mannerCommunicating with Store Managers and store team in line with upcoming visual activities and campaigns of the companyWorking closely with Turkey Head Quarter (HQ) Visual Merchandising Team to establish corporate visual standards in the storesEnsuring all visual materials (signage, fixtures, mannequins etc.) and arranged in line with corporate guidelinesProviding comprehensive communication and training programs to the store team about visual activities and standardsJob available in Triangla Retail Park store, however we prefer candidates who are flexible to travel.Required Qualifications:Minimum High School DegreeProfessional ExpertiseMinimum 2 years of retail experience in similar positionPassion for trends and fashionConsistently show ability to development and results-orientedThe ability to solve problems, organize and planThe ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environmentAt LC Waikiki, we value being virtuous, achieving together, extensive expertise, being customer-oriented, challenging the difficulties.So, if you ready to dynamism and want to grow with challenges, come and join us!
