قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجLocation: Liwa, Abu DhabiPosition SummaryThe Plant Store Keeper is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the plant warehouse and stores, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of spare parts, tools, consumables, and materials required for plant operations. The role supports uninterrupted production by maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring material availability, and complying with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies.Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables against purchase orders and delivery notes.Store materials in designated locations using proper identification, labeling, and storage methods.Issue materials to authorized personnel based on approved material requisitions.Maintain proper documentation for all receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.Coordinate with the Procurement and Maintenance Departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.Report damaged, obsolete, slow-moving, or expired materials to management.Inventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system.Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts and inventory reconciliations.Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.Ensure proper stock rotation and preservation of stored materials.Maintain inventory accuracy and support internal and external audits.Coordination & DocumentationCoordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance departments regarding material requirements.Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and material consumption reports.Maintain filing systems for purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and material issue vouchers.Support annual inventory verification and asset audits.Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure all warehouse activities comply with company HSE policies and procedures.Store hazardous materials according to safety and environmental regulations.Maintain safe working conditions within the warehouse.Ensure proper use of material handling equipment and PPE.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or construction environment.Experience managing mechanical, electrical, and industrial spare parts is highly preferred.Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and industrial spare parts.Good understanding of stock control procedures and inventory documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience using ERP or inventory management software.Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.Ability to work independently in a remote desert environment (Liwa region).
