Key Responsibilities:Operational Efficiency: Collaborates as an essential team member, contributing to operational tasks with flexibility and adaptability to daily assignments. Informs the manager of any issues as they arise in a timely manner.Warehouse Procedures: Ensures that all warehouse processes and SOPs, such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse operations, and inventory management, are followed correctly.Execute Daily Operational Plan: Prepares and executes the daily operational plan accurately within agreed parameters.Inventory Management: Oversees inventory, handles goods, and maintains accurate warehouse records. Ensures effective stock control, proper storage, and timely distribution according to company procedures.Customer Relationship: Understands customer needs and builds strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally.Proactive Communication: Coordinates with planners, Sales, and Commercial Operations to ensure timely order delivery.Delivery Documentation: Ensures that all necessary documents, such as route plans, delivery notes, invoices, RTV documents, Bayan, Ajeer documents, and instructions, are accurately prepared and provided to the driver prior to departure.
