Team members join a skilled, experienced workforce that is committed to excellence and client satisfaction.Role Description The Storekeeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining materials, tools, and equipment within the company’s stores and warehouses. This full-time, on-site role is based in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and unloading deliveries, verifying quantities and quality, and updating inventory records. The Storekeeper prepares materials for dispatch, ensures proper packing and storage, and coordinates with project teams to supply items on time. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly storage environment, following company procedures and safety regulations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of UAE storekeeper experience, preferably in construction or contracting.Experience with ERP systems is a plus or similar inventory/warehouse management software.Knowledge of material receiving, issuing, and inventory control processes.Ability to coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.Experience maintaining accurate stock records and material requisition/issue documentation.Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and MEP/civil site consumables, including proper storage and handling requirements.Ability to conduct periodic stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report shortages or excess inventory.Experience preparing and processing purchase requests, delivery notes, and goods received notes (GRNs).Understanding of site logistics, including material scheduling to avoid project delays.Ability to maintain an organized, safe, and clean store/warehouse area in line with site safety standards.Basic understanding of material tracking for multiple ongoing projects or work orders.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project timelines and material demands.
