Job Title: StorekeeperLocation: Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary :We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our F&B operation in Riyadh & Jeddah. The role is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and storing food materials and packaging, and ensuring proper stock rotation, storage conditions, and inventory accuracy.Main Responsibilities :Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.Organize and label stock in designated storage areas, including cold rooms and dry storage.Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies.Maintain accurate stock records through manual or system-based tracking.Monitor expiry dates and apply FIFO/FEFO to minimize waste.Issue materials to kitchen/production teams based on requisitions.Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas according to hygiene standards.Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the Procurement/Cost Control team.Ensure proper storage conditions for food items, including chilled, frozen, and dry storage.Follow basic food safety and HACCP principles for food storage.Requirements:High school diploma minimum; diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is a plus.1–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Clerk.F&B, catering, or cold-chain/perishable goods experience is preferred.Experience handling raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.Basic knowledge of inventory/ERP systems and Excel.Ability to read and process Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and GRNs.Basic accounting/inventory knowledge.Basic Arabic and English communication skills.Basic knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.Attention to detail, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness.Physically able to handle lifting and moving stock.
