📢 WE’RE HIRING: STOREKEEPER📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE🏢 Company: Larustic🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeLarustic, a contemporary Emirati fragrance and gifting house, is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the daily receiving, storage, movement, and control of raw materials and finished goods.The ideal candidate will take full ownership of inventory accuracy and ensure that all stock movements are properly checked, recorded, organized, and supported by the appropriate documentation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from suppliers and manufacturers.• Verify quantities and condition of received items against Job Orders, Delivery Notes, transfer documents, or other supporting documents before acceptance.• Record all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately on the same day.• Maintain complete and updated records of receipts, issuances, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.• Organize the stockroom efficiently and ensure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods are properly separated and clearly identified.• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements before items reach critical levels.• Immediately report shortages, excess quantities, damaged items, incorrect products, missing stock, or any discrepancy between physical inventory and records.• Maintain proper control over raw materials including fragrance oils, alcohol, bottles, caps, cartons, and other production materials.• Maintain accurate records of finished products including perfumes, room sprays, all-over sprays, dukhoon, dihn al oud, and other Larustic products.• Prepare, pack, and issue stock for exhibitions, events, and retail operations.• Reconcile exhibition stock after each event by comparing stock issued, sold or consumed, returned, damaged, and any remaining variance.• Participate in regular physical stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.• Ensure stock is stored safely and properly to minimize damage, leakage, loss, or deterioration.• Handle fragrance oils and alcohol-based products with proper care, considering their value and flammable nature.• Maintain organized inventory documentation and ensure all stock movements are supported by proper records.• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, accounting, retail, administration, and exhibition teams regarding stock availability and inventory movements.QUALIFICATIONS:• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, Inventory Controller, Stock Controller, or similar role.• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products is an advantage.• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock-control procedures.• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or stock-management systems.• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even small stock discrepancies.• Organized, reliable, honest, and accountable.• Physically capable of handling cartons, arranging stock, preparing exhibition inventory, and performing regular warehouse activities.• English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.We are looking for someone who does more than simply count stock.
