Joining us means you will be part of a forward-thinking, pioneering organization, shaping the future of luxury hospitality, and contributing to the elevation of the Red Sea Global brand.The RoleAs a Storekeeper, you will take ownership of the efficient day-to-day operations of the storeroom, managing the receiving, storage, organization, issuance, and control of all goods and supplies.You will lead the storeroom team, including Storeroom Assistants, and work closely with the Purchasing, Finance, and operational departments to ensure inventory is properly handled, accurately recorded, safely stored, and readily available to support operational requirements. You will be accountable for inventory control, stock accuracy, waste minimization, and compliance with company procedures.At Red Sea Global Hospitality, we take pride in representing our resorts and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to visitors from around the world. Employees are expected to continuously support the evolving needs of the business, guests, and colleagues. As a Storekeeper, you will need to:Inventory Management & Stock HandlingManage the proper organization, storage, and handling of materials, goods, and supplies within the storeroom.Ensure all inventory is stored appropriately to prevent damage, contamination, loss, or waste.Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.Plan and conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks to ensure stock records are accurate.Monitor the condition of stored goods and report damaged, expired, missing, or discrepant items to the Purchasing Manager or Chief Accountant.Ensure stock is clearly organized and easily accessible when required.Receiving & Inspection of DeliveriesOversee the receiving of deliveries and check goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documentation.Verify the quantity and general condition of received goods.Report any shortages, damages, discrepancies, or expired items to the Purchasing Manager or Chief Accountant and follow up with suppliers as required.Ensure all received goods are properly documented and recorded according to company procedures.Safely move and store received items in their designated locations.Stock Issuance & DistributionControl the issuance and distribution of goods to various departments based on approved requisitions.Ensure requested items are issued in the correct quantity and within the required timeframe.Maintain proper documentation for all stock issued, returned, or transferred.Ensure the timely fulfilment of departmental stock requirements.Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded for inventory control purposes.Stock Rotation & Waste MinimizationImplement and enforce proper stock rotation procedures, including FIFO (First In, First Out) and other applicable inventory practices.Monitor perishable and non-perishable goods to minimize spoilage and unnecessary waste.Identify and report slow-moving, excess, damaged, or expired inventory.Oversee the proper handling and disposal of damaged or expired goods in accordance with company procedures.Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain accurate and organized records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and inventory movements.Update inventory records and prepare supporting documentation for all stock transactions.Coordinate periodic inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits with the Finance team.Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed in accordance with company policies and Finance procedures.Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues, escalating where necessary.Housekeeping, Safety & ComplianceMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized storeroom at all times.Ensure goods are stored safely and appropriately to prevent accidents, damage, or contamination.Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.Maintain appropriate housekeeping standards within all storage areas.Handle goods and equipment safely and report any unsafe conditions immediately.Team Leadership & CollaborationWork closely with the Purchasing, Finance, and operational departments to ensure efficient storeroom operations.Supervise, guide, and train Storeroom Assistants, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance.Support the Purchasing Manager and Chief Accountant with daily operational requirements and inventory-related activities.Communicate effectively regarding stock shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods, or other operational concerns.Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager, Chief Accountant, or management.Key QualificationsEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent;
