Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Material ManagementInbound Operations: Receive and inspect all inbound materials, meticulously verifying quantities, specifications, and quality against purchase orders.Physical Verification: Conduct regular physical stock counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.Scrap Control: Accurately verify, record, and manage the quantity of offcuts and scrap on a weekly basis.2. Documentation & ReportingRecord Keeping: Maintain precise system records and documentation for all material movements (e.g., GRN, SRV, Delivery Notes).Reconciliation: Prepare comprehensive daily/monthly stock reports and perform monthly inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system data.3. Production CoordinationMaterial Availability: Proactively monitor stock levels to ensure continuous material availability, preventing any production stoppages.Cross-functional Communication: Correspond effectively with production, procurement, and management teams regarding stock status and material requirements.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or Store Incharge.Technical Knowledge: Must possess deep industry knowledge, including Rebar origins, theoretical weights, bar counts, sizes, and grades.Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi.Core Competencies: Highly analytical with a strict commitment to detail, possessing exceptional skills in accurate record-keeping and material identification.
