Join EWAA Hotels to contribute to achieving its vision and mission of excellence and community service.Role Summary The Storekeeper is responsible for managing and controlling hotel inventory, including food & beverage supplies, housekeeping items, guest amenities, operating supplies, and general hotel materials. The role ensures proper receiving, storage, issuing, and documentation of all items in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.Key Responsibilities Receive hotel supplies and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents. Store and organize hotel operating supplies, housekeeping materials, F&B items, guest amenities, and general supplies. Issue materials to hotel departments based on approved requisitions. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and report any discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement and relevant hotel departments to avoid shortages. Apply FIFO/FEFO procedures, especially for food, beverages, and items with expiry dates. Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the hotel stores. Monitor damaged, expired, or slow-moving items and report them to the concerned departments. Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Finance regarding their material requirements. Follow hotel inventory control procedures and internal policies. Support monthly inventory closing and provide required reports to management. RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of hotel stores and hospitality operating supplies. Experience handling F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Supplies, and General Hotel Stores. Knowledge of inventory control, stock counting, and FIFO/FEFO procedures. Experience with hotel inventory or ERP systems is preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Hotel experience is mandatory. Candidates without hotel experience will not be considered.
