Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking two experienced and detail-oriented Storekeepers to join an established Saudi organisation operating across heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, and industrial support services.This is an excellent opportunity for Saudi professionals looking to develop their careers within a dynamic, operationally focused environment, supporting warehouse activities, inventory control, and material management across multiple projects and operational sites.You will play an important role in ensuring materials and equipment are accurately managed, readily available, and efficiently distributed to support business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with established procedures.Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock transactions within the ERP system.Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and material availability to prevent operational shortages.Prepare inventory reports covering stock movements, damaged materials, and slow-moving or obsolete items.Ensure materials are issued against approved documentation and Work Orders (WO), where applicable.Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and Camp Management teams to support material requirements.Manage material returns, transfers, and associated documentation.Maintain organised warehouse facilities and ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.Qualifications & ExperienceSaudi nationality is mandatory.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or inventory management.Previous experience within contracting, heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, or camp management environments is highly desirable.Proficiency in ERP inventory management systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, inventory reporting, and stock reconciliation.Good English communication and reporting skills.Ability to work at operational sites and project camps when required.What We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong inventory control skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with operational departments.Experience managing spare parts, equipment-related materials, consumables, or project inventory would be an advantage.Why Join Us?Join an established and expanding organisation supporting major operational and industrial activities.Gain exposure to diverse projects, warehouse operations, and inventory management systems.Work alongside experienced professionals across Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics.Develop your technical and operational expertise within a collaborative working environment.Build a long-term career with opportunities for professional growth.Apply NowIf you are a Saudi national with relevant warehouse and inventory management experience and are looking for your next career opportunity in Dammam, we encourage you to apply.
