JOB SCOPE:Perform inventory and store operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records within the Check SCM system, monitor stock levels, conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations, and ensure proper storage and inventory control practices to support efficient and uninterrupted business operations.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Verify all incoming deliveries against approved Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Notes (DNs), and invoices for quantity, quality, specifications, and condition.Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness, security, and compliance with food safety and storage requirements before unloading.Verify driver identity and delivery documentation prior to accepting any shipment.Receive, inspect, and unload goods according to required handling and temperature-control procedures.Reject damaged, expired, contaminated, unauthorized, or non-conforming products and immediately report discrepancies to Procurement and Finance.Generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and accurately record all receipts in the inventory management system (Check SCM).Ensure all received items are properly labelled, date-marked, and stored in their designated locations.Maintain proper storage conditions, including dry storage temperatures between 10°C-15°C and refrigerated items between 2°C-4°C.Ensure all inventory is stored using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles where applicable.Keep all stock on approved shelving or pallets with a minimum clearance of 15 cm (6 inches) from the floor.Ensure store areas remain secure, locked when unattended, and protected against pilferage, loss, or unauthorized access.Issue inventory only against approved stock requisitions raised through Check SCM or other authorized systems.Ensure all stock movements, transfers, returns, and issuances are properly authorized, documented, and recorded.Obtain acknowledgment and supporting signatures from authorized department representatives for all stock issuances.Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory within approved minimum, maximum, and par levels.Conduct regular expiry checks, cycle counts, weekly reconciliations, and physical inventory verifications to ensure system accuracy.Perform month-end inventory counts and submit complete inventory reconciliation reports to Finance.Identify and report slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, or excess stock for management review and action.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by keeping floors, shelves, loading areas, and access routes free from debris and obstructions.Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements, audit standards, and inventory control procedures while always safeguarding company assets.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of solid storekeeping, receiving, or inventory management experience in a sizable hospitality or lounge setup. Proficient in any inventory systems, food safety temperature standards, receiving protocols, and inventory rotation practices Strong attention to detail, ability to read safety labels and shipping documentation, and effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers.About the CompanyHello!
