Job Description:Role 1: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (5–10 years of relevant experience)Role 2: Executive (3-5 Years of relevant experience)The person will be responsible for overseeing store operations related to technical materials. The role involves ensuring the availability, proper handling, and compliance of all technical store materials to support smooth institutional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision and monitoring of the entire process, from initiation to the final stage, of all materials/assets.Inspection of materials/assets along with the user department and vendors against purchase orders in terms of quantity and quality.Overall supervision of stacking, labeling, segregation, and storage of stock.Maintain real-time inventory updates.Ensure maintenance of minimum stock levels.Supervision of periodic audits across all areas of the university.Ensure real-time physical stock reconciliation and availability.Supervision of the receipt and issuance of stock materials.Coordination with user departments, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders.Vendor development for scrap management and resale of materials.Supervision of all documentation and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.Supervision and verification of GRNs, gate passes, bills, material issue notes, disposal documents, NFA, comparative statements, and basic data entry.Supervision and verification of all system entries executed by junior staff.Maintenance of real-time MIS.
