About the Role

We are seeking a Stores Coordinator for our Wager facility. This position is responsible for ensuring timely issuance of materials and maintaining accurate inventory control. The role involves responding to requests from various departments, assessing inventory availability, and fulfilling those requests in an efficient and timely manner.Required Education & Experience:A high school diploma is preferredPrevious job experience preferred but not requiredIt's a benefit if you've worked with powered and manual tools beforeRequires basic math and technical skillsResponsibilities include: Issue and deliver Storeroom items using picklists and requisitions. (Some material cutting may be required keyways, hose, cable, wire)Receive items to dock and into Stores, check, document, and recordPlace stock in assigned locations, properly labeledPerform periodic cycle counts and physical inventoriesCommunicate stock shortages and overagesPerform inquiries and transactions to fill picklistOperate forklifts and motorized pallet jacks. Performs other related duties as assignedAble to process EX sales orders. Maintain clean and safe work areaComplete tasks timely and efficiently in accordance with expectations as directed by supervisorAble to operate tools including but not limited to, hand tools, manual machine tools, torch, drill press, etcAbility to learn Eriez labor and work order collection systemNotify supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discoveredRequirementsAble to write legibly and read and understand written and verbal instructionsAble to read and interpret engineering drawings and use basic shop math including decimals and fractionsAble to use hand tools and power tools safelyForklift certification required. Possess the ability to recognize and avoid safety hazards. Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for an extended period. This includes the ability to alternate between sitting and standing. Be physically active for long periods without experiencing excessive fatigue. Must have manual dexterity and stability as required for precision workMust be able to see details at close range and at distance with or without corrective lenses. Ability to communicate and understand information to and from another employee. Must possess the ability to adjust to a dynamic work environment.
