Stores Manager

Diapers world (Pvt) Ltd, a growing manufacturing company, is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and results-oriented Stores Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day stores and warehouse operations.- Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and stock reconciliation.- Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatching of materials.- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.- Implement effective warehouse management practices.- Lead and supervise the stores team.- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Finance, and other departments.- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the stores.Requirements- Diploma or professional qualification in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stores or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.- Experience in inventory management systems.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Location📍 Seeduwa, Sri Lanka
