Through SSDS, the organization undertakes initiatives aimed at community development, wellness, social impact, and sustainable infrastructure.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced STP Operator for a full-time, on-site position at Solis Wellness Center, Nara, Hoshiarpur.The STP Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure efficient and reliable functioning.Key responsibilities include:- Operating and monitoring the STP and associated equipment.- Monitoring operational parameters and maintaining required water quality standards.- Recording plant readings, operational parameters, and maintenance activities.- Conducting routine inspections of STP equipment and identifying abnormalities.- Performing basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment, filters, screens, and related components.- Supporting sampling and monitoring of treated water quality.- Promptly reporting equipment faults, breakdowns, or unusual operating conditions.- Coordinating with the Civil and Maintenance teams whenever technical support is required.- Maintaining operational records, logs, and checklists accurately.- Following applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures.Qualifications- Education: 12th Pass / ITI in a relevant technical trade.- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in STP operation and maintenance.- Working knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and STP equipment.- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment used in treatment plants.- Ability to monitor plant parameters and identify abnormal operating conditions.- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.- Ability to maintain operational logs, readings, and maintenance records accurately.- Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and standard operating practices.- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to plant operations.- Ability to perform hands-on operational duties and coordinate effectively with maintenance and other support teams.Location: Nara, Hoshiarpur, PunjabDepartment: SSDS – CivilEmployment Type: Full-time | On-siteExperience Required: 3–5 YearsSALARY: 20,000 per month
