Strategic Account Manager

This role leads our business across the Central and Eastern Regions, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.You'll own the territory end to end; building relationships with government institutions, hospital groups, clinical stakeholders and procurement teams; developing our appointed distributors through joint business planning and field coaching; and leading NUPCO and private tender opportunities across our portfolio; wound care, surgical solutions, infection prevention, respiratory and anaesthesia, IV therapy, ostomy care and medical consumables.What we're looking for: • 5–8 years in medical device or healthcare sales, with strategic account management experience • A track record of developing key accounts and delivering commercial targets • Experience managing or working closely with distributor sales teams • Working knowledge of NUPCO, government and private sectors.• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, nursing or business • Fluent Arabic and English, based in or near RiyadhZhende has been manufacturing medical devices for over 30 years and is expanding across the Middle East. You'd be joining early, with a broad portfolio and real ownership of your region.
