Team members contribute to a growing organization that combines advanced manufacturing with a mission-driven approach to improving patient care across the region.The Western and Southern Regions are our next chapter in Saudi Arabia, and we're looking for the person to lead them.Zhende Middle East is hiring a Strategic Account Manager based in Jeddah, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.You'll build the territory from the front, developing long-term partnerships with hospitals, healthcare groups, clinical stakeholders and procurement teams; growing our appointed distributors through joint business planning, reviews and field coaching; and leading product evaluations, new product introductions and tender opportunities across wound care, surgical solutions, infection prevention, respiratory and anaesthesia, IV therapy, ostomy care and medical consumables.What we're looking for:

• 5–8 years in medical device or healthcare sales, with strategic account management experience
• A track record of developing key accounts and delivering commercial targets
• Experience managing or working closely with distributor sales teams
• Established relationships with major hospitals and healthcare groups in the region
• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, nursing or business
• Fluent Arabic and English, based in Jeddah, and willing to travel across the Western and Southern RegionsZhende has been manufacturing medical devices for over 30 years and is expanding across the Middle East. This is a region to shape, with a broad portfolio behind you.
