Regional Strategic Account Manager/Director, APAC (HVAC for Data Center Infrastructure)Location: Singapore (Regional APAC Scope)Industry: Data Centers | Cooling Solutions | Mission Critical InfrastructureWe are partnering with a global HVAC solutions MNC to look for a Regional Strategic Account Manager/Director to lead one of its most important hyperscale customer relationships across Asia Pacific. This is a highly visible commercial leadership role responsible for driving account strategy, revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term partnership development within the rapidly expanding data center sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional growth strategies across key markets in Asia PacificBuild and maintain relationships with end users, developers, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholdersIdentify upcoming projects and influence specifications during early project stagesLead commercial discussions and manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through project awardCollaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to develop tailored customer solutionsMonitor market activity, competitor movements, and emerging industry trendsSupport long-term partnerships with major enterprise and infrastructure customersDrive revenue growth while maintaining healthy commercial performanceRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplineExperience in business development or account management with hyperscale data centers across APACBackground within data centers, building services, HVAC, thermal management, mission critical facilities, industrial equipment, or related sectorsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitiesExperience managing regional or multinational accounts would be advantageousComfortable operating in a fast-paced and highly technical environmentWhat's in for you?Regional exposure and travel across Asia PacificHigh visibility role with direct impact on business growthStrong career progression within a global organizationDirect engagement with Hyperscale Data Center clientFor a confidential discussion, please apply directly.
