Our partner is looking for a Strategic Business Performance, Central Strategy & Operations based in the United States.This is a senior, high-impact strategy and operations role at the intersection of data, product, finance, and business performance.You’ll help create strategic clarity around the organization’s most important in-year goals and performance signals.The role combines analytical depth ambiguity, rigor, and meaningful business impact.AccountabilitiesDefine and maintain the key metrics that provide a high-signal view of in-year business performance, developing reporting disciplines that encourage rapid action rather than relying solely on traditional dashboards.Lead high-priority deep dives and intervention projects to diagnose risks, identify root causes, unblock critical goals, and remain engaged through execution until performance measurably improves.Translate long-term strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, breaking ambiguous opportunities across product, risk, marketing, and other functions into structured workstreams.Prepare clear, decision-oriented materials for senior executives, synthesizing complex data and unstructured signals into concise diagnoses, recommendations, and business implications.Partner with Product, Corporate Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions, identify execution gaps, and connect external market dynamics with internal performance.Analyze customer usage patterns, business trends, financial data, and product signals to uncover opportunities and risks that may not be immediately visible.Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions and working sessions that create alignment, accelerate decisions, and drive meaningful action around business performance.Develop creative solutions to complex business problems and influence the roadmaps and priorities of cross-functional teams.Apply AI tools thoughtfully to improve analysis, decision-making, workflows, and operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of rigor and quality.Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner on complex and high-visibility business challenges.Requirements12+ years of experience in product analytics, product strategy, strategic business performance, or similar roles within high-growth technology organizations.Significant experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, GM-style, or business leadership roles where you owned a P&L, key business metric, or defined business outcome.Demonstrated ability to use analytical insights to directly influence business growth, operational performance, or strategic outcomes.Strong understanding of business models, customer behavior, product usage, and data-driven decision-making, with the curiosity to investigate signals and uncover non-obvious insights.Strong product sense and sufficient technical understanding to grasp how software products are built, operated, and scaled.Advanced analytical capabilities, including the ability to independently work with complex datasets using SQL, Python, R, or comparable tools.Experience navigating ambiguous, cross-functional challenges and leading high-stakes initiatives involving senior stakeholders.Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and translate them into practical recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and facilitate productive conversations that lead to decisions and measurable outcomes.Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen decision-making without compromising quality.Experience influencing cross-functional roadmaps and developing creative solutions to complex organizational or product challenges.Familiarity with fintech, payments, financial products, or complex financial systems is advantageous but not required.Strong understanding of how product releases, policy changes, and marketing initiatives can affect user experience and downstream operational or support outcomes.Intellectual curiosity, strategic judgment, resilience, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments where problems are complex and priorities evolve.BenefitsAnnual U.S. base salary range of $212,300–$318,500, with the
