Strategic Finance Assistant Manager

Position SummaryAs the Strategic Finance Assistant Manager, you will support strategic and risk finance activities across the business, providing the analysis, modelling, and reporting that underpin commercial and risk decisions. Working alongside senior partners, category/commercial teams, and Group functions, you will help translate strategy into financial insight, protects margin, and ensures risks are identified, quantified, and reflected in the plans.What you'll doStrategic & Commercial FinancePreparing volume, revenue, and margin models across brands, categories, and channels.Analyze gross-to-net drivers and support revenue growth management initiatives.Model the P&L impact of input-cost and commodity inflation, pricing actions, and productivity/savings programs.Build financial models and scenario analysis for investment cases under the guidance of senior partners.Prepare management reporting and KPIs, linking performance to strategy.Risk ManagementAssist in identifying and quantifying operational and financial risksSupport stress-testing and scenario analysisHelp ensure risk and sensitivity considerations are reflected in outlook, working closely with Treasury and Commercial teams.Monitor key risk indicatorsEstablish robust processes to monitor insurance coverage, claims, and renewals through collaboration with departments and business leaders.Governance, Controls & DeliveryPrepare accurate, decision-ready analysis and packs for senior finance, Commercial leadership, and Group review.Maintain robust workpapers, controls, and documentation consistent with the standards of a listed companySupport the integrity of numbers feeding external reporting and market guidance, respecting the sensitivity and deadlines of a listed environment.Contribute to process improvement and automation of routine reporting.What you'll bringCPA, CIA, or working towards a relevant qualification.Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or risk ideally within FMCG, retail, or another fast-moving, product-based business.Solid financial modelling and Excel skills; comfortable handling large datasets.Developing understanding of FMCG margin dynamics and financial/enterprise risk concepts.Awareness of the reporting and control obligations of a publicly listed company.Good communication skills — able to explain financial results to commercial, non-finance audiences.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines through the reporting cycle.By submitting your application, you expressly agree, consent, and authorize the Company to collect, process, store, share/transfer and retain the Personal Data for any of the purposes stated in this Notice and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act;You may view the Privacy Notice for Job Applicants of Monde Nissin Corporation at https://tinyurl.com/2p8hv9j3
