Strategic Growth & Engagement Associate (Part-Time)

Our client, a well-established non-profit organization located in Lancaster City, is looking for their next Part-Time Strategic Growth & Engagement Associate. This individual will make a meaningful impact by helping families stay connected, supported, and empowered through their care journey. If you’re proactive, organized, and energized by outreach and engagement work, this role offers purpose, variety, and room to grow.Key Responsibilities / What You’ll DoDesign, launch, and continuously improve patient/family support and education programmingBuild trusted relationships with families to increase participation and repeat engagementPlan, promote, and evaluate events (existing and new), tracking attendance and outcomesGather feedback and translate it into stronger, more effective experiencesDevelop community partnerships with providers, schools, and local organizationsRepresent their team at community events to drive awareness and connectionServe as a welcoming liaison between families, guests, and the communityQualifications / What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or strong experience in public health, social work, healthcare, or a related areaExperience in community engagement and/or nonprofit environmentsStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughPreferred: program development and/or nonprofit development experience; MSW/MPH (or similar)Job DetailsJob Type: Direct hire (permanent)Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr. Based on experience; Benefits package available (include health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401K).Hours / Schedule: Part-time; 20 hrs./week. Some evenings/weekends will be required.
