This role will work closely with senior leadership and business teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable organizational growth.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute strategic operations initiatives aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.• Translate executive strategies into actionable operational plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.• Analyze business performance, operational metrics, processes, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and other business functions.• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, cost drivers, and process gaps.• Develop and implement process improvement, automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, operational targets, and business metrics.• Conduct business analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to support executive decision-making.• Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed.• Evaluate operational risks, dependencies, and business continuity requirements.• Support resource planning, workforce optimization, budgeting, and capacity planning.• Develop business cases, investment proposals, strategic reports, and executive presentations.• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, productivity improvement, and operational scalability.• Establish governance frameworks and ensure accountability across strategic initiatives.• Facilitate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, operational planning sessions, and performance discussions.• Monitor market, industry, technology, and competitive trends that may impact business operations.• Support organizational transformation, digitalization, restructuring, and business growth initiatives.• Provide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and actionable insights.• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, frameworks, and performance standards.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in strategic operations, business operations, management consulting, strategy, transformation, or a related leadership role.• Strong understanding of business strategy, operational management, process optimization, and organizational performance.• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to translate complex business objectives into practical operational strategies.• Strong understanding of KPIs, business performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Business Process Management is an advantage.• Experience with ERP, CRM, BI, workflow automation, or business analytics platforms is preferred.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities.• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.• MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to influence strategic direction and organization-wide operational performance.• Exposure to business strategy, transformation, process optimization, financial planning, and executive decision-making.• Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.• Career progression into Senior Strategic Operations Lead, Head of Strategic Operations, Operations Director, Strategy Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO), or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) roles.• A high-performance, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment.• Leadership mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
