He/ She should have expertise in corporate laws, securities laws & capital market and corporate governance. He/ She shall act be responsible for different legal/ regulatory compliances of company and advice on best practices in corporate governance.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead and execute new business initiatives in the Lead gen business - Loans and Credit Cards. This role will own the end-to-end journey from opportunity identification of new lenders to market launch, scaling, and optimization. The person will work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to deliver innovative financial products and drive sustainable growth.Good with Data analysis and understanding of AI use in the BusinessRoles and responsibilities:1. Strategy & Opportunity IdentificationIdentify emerging market trends, gaps, and customer needs in the credit cards and insurance space.Evaluate potential business models and revenue streams.Develop business cases, market sizing, and financial projections for new initiatives.2. Product & Proposition DevelopmentWork with product teams to design value propositions, features, and benefits tailored to target customer segments.Benchmark competition and ensure offerings are competitive yet differentiated.Collaborate with legal/compliance to ensure regulatory readiness.3. Partnerships & AlliancesIdentify, negotiate, and onboard partners (banks, insurers, payment networks, distribution partners).Build win–win commercial structures and service-level agreements (SLAs).Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure delivery on agreed KPIs4. Go-to-Market ExecutionWork closely with Marketing to design acquisition, onboarding, and engagement campaigns.Coordinate with Operations and Tech to ensure smooth customer journeys.Track and optimize funnel performance from awareness to activation5. Performance Management & ScalingMonitor product performance against KPIs (acquisition, usage, revenue, portfolio quality).Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional problem-solving.Scale successful initiatives to wider geographies, channels, or segments.6. Risk & Compliance OversightWork with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure portfolio quality and regulatory adherence.Implement monitoring frameworks to manage credit, fraud, and operational risks.About the Candidate:Confident individual who has worked on various new programs, the launch of products & bringing new PartnersCan work as a team member and have a lot of patience to work with other stakeholdersDeliver on defined time managementExpert in Excel and data analyticsEducation: MBA or equivalent degree preferred.4-9 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries.Proven track record of launching and scaling financial products
