Strategic Partnerships & Business Development ManagerSayaraTech | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-timeAbout the RoleSayaraTech is seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager to identify, develop, negotiate, and secure strategic B2B partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our automotive services ecosystem.The successful candidate will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying business opportunities and engaging decision-makers to developing commercial proposals, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and ensuring successful partnership activation.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, key decision-makers, and strategic partners.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, including pricing, commercial terms, service-level agreements (SLAs), and contract closure.
• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals, business cases, and partnership models.
• Drive revenue growth by commercializing SayaraTech's existing services and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, technology, and legal teams to structure and launch new partnerships.
• Manage the partnership pipeline, sales forecasts, commercial performance, and revenue targets.
• Ensure successful onboarding and activation of new partners and identify opportunities to expand existing agreements.Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercial management.
• Proven track record of independently negotiating and closing B2B agreements.
• Strong experience in developing commercial proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of profitability and revenue models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive services, insurance, mobility, fintech, logistics, or technology-enabled services.
• Experience in developing partnerships with large corporations and enterprise clients.
• Established professional relationships across relevant industries.
• Experience launching new B2B products, services, or commercial partnerships.
