Manager – Strategic Performance and Project Management (one resource)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Public Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience across both strategic and institutional performance management and project management or PMO functions, with the ability to lead and quality-assure both workstreams.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, institutional performance management, KPI development and review, target setting, performance analysis, dashboards, executive reporting, and monitoring of strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, together with demonstrable hands-on experience in Power BI (including data modelling and DAX), strategy and performance management or EPM systems, and other data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting tools. The level of proficiency and evidence of practical application shall be stated for each tool.
• Experience in government or semi-government entities is highly preferred.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or institutional performance management across multiple organizational units is highly preferred.
• Experience in business process analysis, documentation, improvement, and re-engineering, including process mapping and operational efficiency assessment, is highly preferred.
• Experience with performance management systems, EPM platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, including the ability to draft, review, and present institutional reports and presentations in both languages.
