Strategic Planning & Performance Senior Specialist

UAE nationals only.Job Summary:Provide advice on performance matters; this includes the development of FTA’s strategy and plans, the monitoring of its performance and, the development and implementation of excellence and innovative practices.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in the development of FTA’s corporate vision and strategy.Participate in the development of operational plans and programs to improve FTA performance.Keep abreast of the latest market trends to support the development of FTA’s strategy and plans.Support with the impact assessment on FTA in case of expansion of operations and/or introduction of new forms of taxes.Review / update of FTA’s organizational structure in order to ensure accordance with the corporate and operational strategy.Support the evaluation of FTA’s performance and recommend improvements to operations (quality, efficiency and risk management).Advise on the development and implementation of excellence initiatives to create a culture of excellence within FTA.Support with FTA’s Government Excellence Award applications and quality certifications as needed.Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in business administration
