Strategic Planning Specialist ( Tamheer Program )

Job Summary :We are looking for a Strategic Planning Specialist ( Tamheer Program ) to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational strategies and strategic initiatives. The role will contribute to translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, tracking performance, and providing insights to support effective decision-making and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities :Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.Conduct strategic analysis, market research, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.Translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and action plans.Monitor and report on the progress and performance of strategic initiatives.Prepare periodic strategic performance reports and presentations for management.Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment between departmental plans and the overall organizational strategy.Support the development and review of organizational KPIs and performance indicators.Analyze performance gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.Participate in strategic planning workshops, reviews, and performance meetings.Maintain and update strategic planning documentation, frameworks, and dashboards.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in ( Engineering in all feilds / Financial Mgmt / Business Administration )Opportunity Number in HRDF :24804073
