You’ll help create greater structure around sourcing and supplier management while working across categories that directly influence product, cost, quality and commercial performance.What You'll Be DoingLead strategic procurement across ingredients, suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.Optimise supplier agreements covering pricing, payment terms, MOQs, capacity and wider commercial conditions.Expand the European supply base by identifying and evaluating manufacturers and ingredient suppliers across established and emerging sourcing markets.Build procurement processes and market intelligence that improve cost transparency, supplier performance and sourcing decisions.What You'll BringProcurement, strategic sourcing or category experience within food, beverages, nutrition, supplements, food ingredients or a comparable regulated product environment.Knowledge of ingredient sourcing and the commercial factors affecting raw material markets.Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers or co-manufacturing partners.Fluent English and Spanish, with the flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe.Who This SuitsYou’re a commercially focused procurement professional ready to step into a role with greater influence and visibility.
