Location: DubaiSalary: Up to AED 30,000 per monthExperience: Minimum 4 yearsWe are representing a leading and highly dynamic organisation on a number of high-profile Project Management opportunities within the Chairman's Office.These are exceptional opportunities for ambitious, commercially minded professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working directly with senior leadership on strategic priorities and business-critical initiatives.The successful candidates will play a hands-on role in taking strategic priorities from concept through to execution, working closely with the Chairman and senior stakeholders to ensure key initiatives are delivered effectively and at pace.The OpportunityThis is not a traditional project management position.You will work closely with senior leadership and have direct exposure to the Chairman's Office, supporting the development, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation.The role will require someone who can operate with a high level of autonomy, move quickly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Candidates with experience within real estate, property development, investment, construction or other complex, fast-moving businesses will be particularly relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with senior leadership on strategic projects and business-critical initiatives.Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, actions and deliverables.Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to execution and completion.Coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams and priorities simultaneously.Monitor progress, identify risks and proactively drive solutions.Prepare updates, reports and presentations for senior leadership.Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ensure agreed actions are followed through and delivered within required timescales.Act as a central point of coordination between senior leadership and relevant internal teams.Manage confidential and commercially sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities can change quickly.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure clear communication across projects.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for highly capable, ambitious professionals who have demonstrated the ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial or promoter-led organisations.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 4 years' professional experience.Proven experience in project management, strategy, business transformation, consulting or a similar environment.Previous experience working directly with a Chairman, Founder, Promoter, CEO or other senior principal is highly desirable.Strong hands-on experience taking strategic initiatives through to execution.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand complex business priorities quickly.Excellent stakeholder management skills.The personality and confidence to interact with senior executives and high-level decision-makers.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.A proactive, solutions-focused approach rather than simply managing tasks.Strong academic credentials, ideally from a Tier 1 university or institution.Sector ExperienceExperience within real estate, property development, construction, investment, hospitality or another complex, project-led environment would be highly advantageous.However, candidates from other sectors may also be considered where they can demonstrate strong strategic project management experience and direct exposure to senior leadership.The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be someone who is highly presentable, articulate, commercially aware and exceptionally comfortable operating around senior leadership.You will need to be able to walk into a complex situation, understand what needs to happen, build a plan and drive it through to completion.This is an opportunity for someone who wants significant exposure to senior decision-making and the opportunity to work on projects with a high degree of visibility and strategic importance.Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month
